We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2025, at the age of 73, Daniel Avant of Cedar Hill, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Avant and Genevieve Rhorer Avant; and his sibling's children, Daniel Benjamin Avant and Damie Leigh Green. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hays Avant; his daughter Jami McCain; his son-in-law Adam McCain; his grandchildren, Cohen McCain (Hannah), Moriah Kaiser (Hank) and Adelyn McCain; his siblings, John Avant Jr., Penny Green and Diana Delalla (John); and his siblings' children, Collis, James Avant, Jessica Becht, Lesley Oseep and Carolyn Hjelte.
