He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Lee Edwards and Ruth Ella Harris; and his brother Anthony Edwards. He is survived by: his children, DeAndre', DeAndrea, DeMarquis, DeAisha and Jasmine; his grandchildren, Brianna, Saniyah, Terrani, DeAndre Jr. "Tiger" and Paisley; his siblings, Thurman (Bally Sue), Carol, Gerald (Vickie), Judy and Peggy; and his close friend Larry McDonald. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and an extended family.
