She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cox and Rachel Pruitt Cox; her former spouse Mentford "Pete" Hesskew of February; and her siblings, Wesley Reeves, Walter Cox, Frank Cox, Margaret Atkinson, Ethel Phillips, Myrtle Moden, Ellen Cox Robertson, Louise Piehl and Eva Linebarger.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby L. Wright Sr. of Briggs, TX; her children, Mentford "Dusty" Hesskew and Marilyn Sue Crider; her children-in-law, Bobby (Barbara Wright) and Barbara (Paul Szendrey); her grandchildren, Tim, Stephanie Hesskew, Jon, Laurel Hesskew, Heather Hesskew, Jason, Ashleigh Crider, Matt Lindsey, Suzanne Hays, Sara Wright, Caroline Wright, Thad, Mary Carson, Phillip and Lisa Pitts; and her great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Keaton, Ella, Kaitlyn, Sara, Meghan, Fisher, Carson, Dekker, Ayden, Rowdy, Rebecca, Reece, Mitchell, Maya and Kadan.
