He was predeceased by: his son Alan Don Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Barfield; his daughters, Donna Perkins Moorman (Jim) and Cynthia Perkins Long (Donn); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Meagan, Anna, Cole, Sarah, Chanin and Sydney.
