He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elvan Kuykendall and Cretia Kuykendall (Chesser); his sister Marie Mixon (Ray); his brother-in-law Bill Cattan; his nephews, Billy Ty Cattan and Kirk Owens; his niece Pam Cattan; his grandson Dillon Burleson; his wife Janine Kuykendall (Didier); his children, Linda Rust (Greg), Stephanie Parker and Eric Kuykendall; his grandchildren, Taylor Rust (Amber), Kendall Burleson (Mike Thompson), Mason Parker and Zachary Parker; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Brooklyn Rust; his sisters, Merle Cattan, Robbie Alkek and Jerrie Owens (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Jean-Lou Didier (Annick), Chantal Didier (Sylvie Hamel) and Christine Parent (Jacques). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
