He was predeceased by: his parents, James Authur Evilsizer and Elfriede Erna Blazier. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Evilsizer; his son Michael of Cedar Park, TX; his stepfather Charles Blazier (Chuck); his siblings, Becky Dewald, Stevan Evilsizer and Stacey Huff; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Bigham, Glenn Bigham, Motie Evilsizer, Nikki Bigham and Kristi Bigham. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
