She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice F. Fennessy and Catherine M. Fennessy; and her siblings, Maurice Fennessy, Catherine Lally (Robert), Richard Fennessy (Marjorie) and Jack Fennessy (Thèresè).
She is survived by: her husband George A. Middleton; her friends, Bridge and Mahjong; her children, Lisa (Nash Breen), Julie (Joseph Zente III), Kerrie (Thomas Heck), George (Kim Middleton) and Catherine (David Allebé); her grandchildren, Nash Breen, Jr., Genevieve Pappalardo (John), Joseph Zente IV (Allie), Thomas Zente, Alex Zente (Cassidy), Shannon Perez (Ryan), Kylie Heck, Andie Heck, Cate Middleton, Emily Middleton, Jane Middleton, Leila Allebé and Tony Allebé; her great grandchildren, McKenna, Annabella Zente, John, Porter Pappalardo, Cooper, Kolby Zente, Isla and George Perez; and her siblings, Barbara Brennan (John), Ellen DeCicco (Peter) and Gary Fennessy (Allison). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
