He is survived by: his sons, Michael Ray Fields, Christopher Fields and Zerria Hursey; his grandchild Brittnay Collins; his wife Bridget James Fields; his daughter Brittnay Collins (Tyrone); his mother Berthenia Fields Jones; his siblings, Betty Jean Hull of Chicago, IL, Berthenia 'Ann Fields of Lansing, Luella 'Kim Fields of Lansing, Rose Johnson (Carl) of Flower Mound, Texas, Richard 'Chico Fields of Lansing, Albert 'Boo Boo Fields of Chicago, IL, Robert 'Ya Yo Fields of Clearwater, Eddie Lee Fields (Betty) of Vestaburg, Johnny 'Bee Bee Fields of Chicago, Charles Fields of Lansing, MI, Daryl 'Derrick Fields of Lansing, MI, Anthony (Nashun) of Merriville, IN and Roland 'Tu Tu Avery of Chicago, IL; and his mother-in-law Barbara Sturdivant-James. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
