He was predeceased by: his father Donald Eviston. He is survived by: his mother Denise Berger Eviston of Cold Spring, KY; his wife Vickie Davis of Erlanger, KY; and his siblings, Brian Eviston (Rhonda) of Cold Spring, KY, Eddie Eviston (Selina) of Cold Spring, KY, Jennifer Jacob of Ft. Thomas, KY and Malia Jackson (Adam) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
