She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Truman Williams and Vera Oneta Morgan; and her husband James Edward Franklin. She is survived by: her son James Edward Franklin II; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Southern Franklin; her granddaughter Christina Morgan Mae Franklin; and her siblings, Pearline Louise "Teeny" Johnson, Thelma Evelyn Brandon, Violet Renee Williams and Teddy Wylie Williams. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
