He is survived by: his children, Matthew David, Mitchell Glenn, Franklin Mark Phillips of Cedar Park, Beth Phillips of Mountain City and Melissa Marmor of Kyle; his grandchildren, Ashley, Yesua Jimenez of Leander, Erin Phillips of Kyle, Ryan, Shyanne Phillips of Mountain City, Jamie, Julia and Joshua Marmor of Austin; his great grandchildren, Diego, Dillon Jimenez and Amelia Jade Phillips; and his brother Norman Durwood Phillips of Tow, Texas..
