She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Sistruck and Kate Reed Sistruck; her husband Charles Nutt; and her sister Wanita Sistruck. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Jean (Phillip Holt) of Fort Worth and Jerry Nutt of Tenaha; her grandchildren, Jade (Todd Hogue) of Center, Jordan (Bryan Hendricks) of Center, Jerrod Nutt (Fernanda) of Center and Jessica (Angel Aveytia) of Fort Worth; her great grandchildren, Copen, Creek Hogue, Kalla Hendricks, Kayden, Conner, Cassie Nutt, Adi and Lucy Aveytia; and her caregivers, Jennifer Matthews, Tina Hutto, Christine Doggett and Taylor Ethridge.
