He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy C. Holloway and Virgie Bowlin Holloway; his daughter Sonya Holloway Fincher; and his brothers, Herman Holloway and Roy Holloway.

He is survived by: his children, Steve Holloway (Bre) of Joaquin, Brandi (Wade Watson) of Nacogdoches, Angela Clark of Center and Mitchell Holloway (Kathy) of Joaquin; and his grandchildren, Leigh Anne Cartwright, Jessica Moton, Jessi Webb, Jamie Carroll, Justin Carroll, Shanai Fincher, Kelsey Bartley, Hallee Holloway, Steve Holloway Jr. and Chastity Wilkins. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Watson & Sons Chapel (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Strong Cemetery.
