She is survived by: her son John Prosser (Sylvia Valdez) of Center; her grandchildren, Cierra Prosser of Buna and Jadyn Prosser of Nacogdoches; her great grandchild Remington Prosser of Nacogdoches; her stepchildren, Michael Sowell (Pam) of Center and Sandy Mitchell (Curtis) of Vidor; her stepgrandchildren, Bradley Byers of Vidor, Tommy Byers of Vidor, Naomi, Jake, Kalie Mitchell of Vidor, Sharon Mitchell of Vidor, Ashley, Chase Hutto, Michael Ray Sowell, Christina and Josh Smith of Nacogdoches; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery Hutto, William Smith, Evelyn Smith and Colby Smith; and her close friend Brenda Askew. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
