He was predeceased by: his sister Evelinda Lane; and his grandmother Willie Shepherd. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Gee Jr. and Willie Bell McCollister (Sammy McCollister Jr.); his grandmother Ethel Bell; his daughters, Shaticiera Bell, Norriel Barnes Brothers, Sammy Javon McCollister and Markale McCollister; and his sisters, LaPanther Khourn and Martha Bell. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren Host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Mangum Funeral Home (420 San Augustine St, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Abundant Love Ministries (1426 Shelbyville St, Center, TX 75935).
