He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clark and Mavis Raymer Clark; his wife Janet Clark; his daughter Penny Clark; and his brothers, Mike Clark and Chuck Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Scooter Clark (Stacie) of Center and Chris Clark (Sena) of Timpson, Texas; his siblings, Pat Clark, Jim Clark, Anita Griffin and Barbara Mye; his grandchildren, Colby, Jessie Clark of Ft. Smith, Zac, Ashton Clark of Center, Brett, Madelyn Clark of Brookland, Christopher P. Clark of Lancaster, PA and ShealynClark of Pickering, Louisiana; and his great grandchildren, Lexi Clark, CJ Clark, Elijah Clark, Tucker Clark, Coy Clark, Coleman Clark and Landree Clark.
