He was predeceased by: his parents, John B Jones and Roberta Sharp Glosson. He is survived by: his children, John C. Jones of Center, Kelvin Jones of Center, Sedgwick Jones (Maria Katinari) of Pithari and Crete Greece; his sister Ruth Barnes; his grandchildren, John Cornelius Jones, Sidney Jones Arrington and Zawadi Jones; and his great grandchildren, Asia Jones, John Cornelius Jones II, Janaiah Jones and Bryleigh Arrington.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks Chapel (804 Martin Luther King Blvd., Center, TX 75935). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Abundant Love Ministries (1426 Shelbyville St, Center, TX 75935).
