She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix May Windham and Anner Dee Connell Windham; her husband Danny Riley; her brother Charles Windham; and her brothers-in-law, Frankie DeSoto, David Miller and Larry Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Roger Rivers) of Bullard and Keith Riley (Koni) of Mineola; her granddaughters, Stormee Rivers, Kapri Riley, Keilee Riley and Kozbie Riley; her siblings, Fisher Windham of Center, Hazel Miller of Joaquin, Sue (Leslie Gill) of Tenaha, Mary (Kenneth Cummings) of Joaquin and Kay DeSoto of Center; and her siblings-in-law, James Riley (Cindy) and Linda Terry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Joaquin Cemetery.
