He is survived by: his wife Frances Hughes; his daughters, Catherine Foote of Key Largo, Ann Marie Cormier (Scott) and Michelle Hughes (Van Hien Tran); his grandchildren, Kerrie Pardo, Kyrie, Christian Foote, Ariel Bradford, Blake Hughes, Courtland Pelt and Emily Rose Hughes; his great grandchild Caleb Bradford; and his nephews, Danny and Michael Hughes Thomas.
