He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Ann Walter (Stegall); his wife Regina Walter (Delacerda); and his niece Jennifer Flores. He is survived by: his father Harvey Walter of Deer Park; his children, Nesha Flagg (Greg) of Splendora, Brent Walter, II (Ashley) of Centerville and Joseph Walter (Skylar) of New Caney; his grandchildren, Callie, Jayde Flagg, Adeline and Isabella Walter; and his siblings, Brenda Armstrong (James) of Pearland and Randy Walter (Kim) of Bourne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, special friends.
