He is survived by: his son Mark Douthitt (Janet) of Pasadena; his caregiver Melva McDonald of College Station; his grandchildren, Victoria Payne (Cameron) of Pasadena, Melody Douthitt of Oregon, Dr. James Dylan Douthitt of New York and Christopher Brodine of Alvin; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Alice and Colton Payne; and his sister Irlin Sapp of Flynn.
