James Randel Chaney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Randel Chaney (Chandler, Texas), born in Snyder, Texas, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, S. O. Chaney and Evan Dell Chaney; and his sisters, Sherry Chaney and Marie Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dewbre Chaney; his sisters, Sue Plumlee (Sam), Becky Stone and Connie Calderon; his sons, Brandon Chaney (Stephanie), Michael Chaney (Jennifer) and Loren Watson; his grandchildren, Clayton, Hannah, Nate, Sean and Marilla; his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Miles; and his pet Heather. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
