He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Fields (Turner); his children, Kolby Fields, Jayce Prejean (Ryan), Meranda Young (Paul), Bryce Lackey, Krysta Bunch and Kristina Kirkpatrick (Mike); his grandchildren, Samuel, Lauryn, Easton, Langston, Adalynn, Kamreigh, Zaiden, Cody, Cohen, Kinslee, Grayson and Tobyn; his sister Tianna Beck (Bobby); his sister-in-law Linda Booker (Phillip); his nieces and nephews, Sara Powell (Gerald), Aarika Newman, Josh Beck (Amanda), Jeremy Beck, Stephen Juarez and Kyle Newman (Heather); and his mother-in-law Vera Rhoads. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
