He was predeceased by: his son Jake Mortenson (Jennifer Mortenson); and his father Joe Widner. He is survived by: his son David Glaze; his mother Mary Widner; and his brothers, Joe Widner (Paula), James Gunnels Sr., Nick, Shelby, Trey and Will.
