He is survived by: his children, Bobby Diaz (Alexa C.), Pamela Diaz (Eliseo Perez Jr.) and Bianca Ford (Brendan Ford); his grandchildren, Sybil Cantu, Alexis Diaz, Bobby Jo Diaz, Vyolet Diaz, Mathu Reyna, Eliseo Perez III, Edward Perez, Elaina Perez, Evonne Perez, Amariah Ford and Jermiah Ford; his great grandchildren, Jordan Cantu, Andrea Cantu, Araceli Salazar, Stetson Prince, Atticus Diaz-Lamb of Atlas Diaz, EJ Perez, Alaia Perez and Javi Perez; his girlfriend Patty Garza; his girlfriend's sons, Alex Pesqueda (Annette Pesqueda) and Anthony Pesqueda (Crystal); his siblings, Octavio Diaz Jr. (Becky), Alex Diaz, Sammy Diaz (Debbie) and Sandra Hasette; and also, Azel Pesqueda, Alexzayven Pesqueda, Paul Pesqueda, Anna Leigh Pesqueda and Emmy Pesqueda.
