He is survived by: his wife Colleen Self; his children, Kimberlee Adams (Alton) of Chico, Kristy Johnson (Robby) of Bridgeport and Michael Eudy (Angie) of Chico; his grandchildren, Zac, Makenna, Rylee, Corbyn, Wyatt and Morgan; his great grandchild Hazel; and his sister Carolyn McCombs of Aubrey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
