He is survived by: his mother Levada Nielson (Svitak) of Grand Island, Nebraska; his wife Sheri Cramer; his children, Troy "TJ" Nielson of Galveston, Texas and Susanne Jones (Ryan) of Peace River; his brothers, Keith Nielson (Roxie) of Cozad, Neal Nielson (April) of Hico, Dale S. Nielson (Lisa) of Chapman, Steven Nielson (Cheryl), David Nielson (Carla) of Archer, Deane Nielson (Rhonda) of Kearney and Ronald Nielson (Jody) of Waukee, Iowa; his granddaughter Jordis Jones; his siblings-in-law, Leroy Mammel (Carol) of Calgary and Jennie Skogen (Tim) of Peace River; his niece Mary (Bernhard) of Lange; his cousin Caleb Nielson (Shelby); and his close friend Ryan Dick (Rebecca). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
