He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stephen and Dorothy Faye Pickens (Worley); and his brother Patrick James. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Miller (Miller) of Chico; his children, Brandy Springer (Chris) of Fort Worth, Justin Pickens of Richland Hills and Gage Mosco of Chico; his grandchildren, Madison Mosco (Jonathen Gowers), Trystan Springer and Aiyanna Springer (Zackary Myers-Wise); his great grandchildren, Phoebee and Greyson; his siblings, Sharon Withers, Kim Lawrence (Steve) and Michael Howard James; his mother-in-law Donna Miller; and his sister-in-law Christy Harrison.
