He is survived by: his mother Christine Adams (Decker) of Dalhart; his brother Matthew Phillips (Dakota) of Russell, KS.; his grandfather Richard Decker of Tell; his sister Lauren Caddell (Chris) of Houston; his cousins, Cori Sheets (Brandon) of Amarillo, Jacq Killian-Cox (Lucy) of Lubbock, TX and Josh Cox of Amarillo; his siblings, Brianna Harkins of Denver, CO., Cannen Bush of Cocoa Beach and Saxen Bush of Childress, TX; and his daughters, Jordynn Cunningham of Childress, TX and Saige Cunningham of Childress, TX.
