He was predeceased by: his parents, Crump Ferrel and Nelda Ferrel; his former wife Fran; and his sibling Fran. He is survived by: his siblings, Cleta and Don; his wife Debby; his children, Amber (Warren) of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Ty (Audrey) of Parnell; his grandchildren, Zach, Isaac, Avery, Jackie (Jake), Wyatt, Anna and Micah; and his sister-in-law Bettye. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family agrees that Billy would appreciate donations to the Hall County Volunteer Fire Departments (Turkey and Memphis), whose service to our family and the Parnell community has been greatly appreciated on many occasions.
