She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Surber and Estelle Surber; her siblings, Sheryl and Jerry Surber; and her husband Jerry Adams Sr..
She is survived by: her brother Jacky Surber; her sons, Christopher Dowell, Robbie O'Neal and Jerry W. Adams; and her grandchildren, Olivia O'Neal, Mallorie O'Neal and Hudson Adams.
