She is survived by: her husband Herbert L. Purczinsky, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Maxey, Kathy Maxey, Rachael, J. D. Price, Rebecca, Crystal Maxey, Carol Henry, Darlene Citty, Valerie, James Moore, Taylor Bosse, Kristian Nutt, Colton Bosse, Avery Bosse, Evan Maxey, Scott Michell, Jack Michell, Mark Michell, Mary Michell and Stacy McDonald.
