He was predeceased by: his parents, David Garcia Sr. and Lucita Longoria Garcia; his son Robert Louis Garcia; and his siblings, Jessie Garcia, Emma Rivera, Joe Garcia and Javier Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Neely, David Garcia III (Espranza), Aleida Lightfoot (Shawn), Benjamin Garcia and Daniel Garcia (Elizabeth); and his sister Marianela Garcia-Galvan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home & Crematory (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
