We announce the death of Janet Glockzen of China Spring, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 82. Janet will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, William M. Hays and Lulua LeBouf; and her siblings, William Hays Jr. and Colleen Glichrest. She is survived by: her husband John Edward Glockzen; her sons, John E. Glockzen Jr. and Eric McMillian; her grandchildren, John "Trey" E. Glockzen III, Jack Glockzen, Demar Dzingleski and Bryce McMillian; and her brothers, Kirk Hayes and Wayne Hays.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lake Shore Funeral Home & Crematory (5201 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waco Memorial Park (I-35, Robinson, TX 76706).
