He is survived by: his sons, Doug Fiveash (Lynne), Dennis Fiveash (Juanita) and Colley Fiveash (Michelle); his grandchildren, Blake Fiveash (Kami), Erica Ortiz, Garrett Fiveash (Meredith), Emily Bados (Leo), Megan McClellan, Austin Fiveash (McKenzie), Dustin McCain, James Fiveash, Kaylee Fiveash, Westin, Kaylin and Jaydelynn Broom; his great grandchildren, Harper Fiveash, Zoey Fiveash, Xander Fiveash and Noah McCain; his siblings, John Fiveash (Kyung), Betty Hudzietz and Ada Lee (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Billie Mills and Joann Hanusch; his friends, JB Fraley and Tim Ponsetti; and also Letha Mae Kruse Fiveash.
