He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Wayne Wallen (Helena Sliney (West) and Dorothy Dale Sumner; his wife Amy Beth Wallen; his son Brayden Wyatt Wallen of Cibolo, TX; his stepfather John "Jack" Whaley, II of Melbourne, FL; his sister Melissa Kuzak (Frank); his nephews, Brandon Kuzak and Nathan Kuzak; his niece Sara Grace Kuzak of Viera, FL; his parents-in-law, David Gee and Grace Ann; his brother-in-law Chadwick Gee (Charmaine); and his nephews, Keynan Gee and Jaxxon Gee.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Brayden Wallen Education Fund, c/o of Amy Beth Wallen.
