It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Dean Marie of Cibolo, Texas, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Marie and Hazel Marie of Peoria. He is survived by: his stepfather Ernest Self of Peoria; his wife Phyllis Morrison; his children, Scott Marie (Stephanie) of Gainesville, GA and Tracy Huffman (Richard) of Cibolo, TX; and his grandchildren, Ashley McCalla (James), Taylor Huffman, Joshua Huffman, Rebecca Marie and Daniel Marie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Gideons International.
