He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Prescod and Pearl Elizabeth Prescod. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Shelly, Paula, Sharice, Ede, Jacqueline, Lloyd, Loretta, Anthony and June; his children-in-law, John, CJ and Kathy; and his siblings, Cicely, Charles and Lenox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, church family, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Church of the FirstBorn (909 FM1518, Schertz, TX 78154). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park (1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218).
