Donna Fields Obituary
Born February 5, 1951 in Lipan to J.H. and Irene McCauley Tuggle, Donna graduated from Stephenville High School. She then attended the Johnson County Memorial Hospital Vocational Nursing School, passing the state board and becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Cleburne in 1970. After a year of nursing, she married Kenneth Fields on June 18, 1971. The couple celebrated 54 years of marriage this year.
Donna was a great wife and mother. She was good with children and enjoyed teaching them.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Becky Holding.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Fields of Cisco; daughter Kimberly Pence and husband Reagan of Abilene; granddaughters Jayde Pence of Youngsville, North Carolina and Marisa Pence of Denton; Siblings Kenneth Tuggle and wife Lynda of Stephenville, Glenda Meyer and husband C.A. of Lavernia and Jane Prisk and husband Raymond of Seymour; nieces and nephews Ricky Prisk and wife Christy of Hereford, Jeff Prisk and wife LuDusta of Floydada, Gary Prisk and wife Lois of Crowley, Stacey Prisk and wife Amanda of New Caney, Gina Bass and husband Curtis of Seymour, Charlie Tuggle and wife Karen of Stephenville, Tina Carpenter and husband Brandon of Hico, Cathy McKinney and husband Brandon of Stephenville, Paul Holding and wife Maisaa of Arlington, and Jana Staples of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Mountain Top Church, 1498 I-20 in Cisco. A celebration of Donna's life will follow at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Phil Green officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
