Howard Sproles Obituary

Howard Sproles passed away November 12, 2025 in Oregon City, Oregon.

Howard was born April 11, 1952 to Grady and Bonnie Sproles in Grandfield, Oklahoma. He attended school in Stayton, Oregon and Cisco. Howard worked in the food service industry most of his life. This career allowed him to travel and work in many places including Alaska and in Mississippi working on riverboats. He was a great storyteller and a talented Donald Duck impersonator. He enjoyed cooking for his friends and family, listening to music, traveling, and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Doris Sowle and Dorothy Webb; and brother Grady "Nub" Sproles.

Survived by Glenna Seits of Stayton, Oregon; sister, Seba Ferguson of Slaton. and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Kimbrough-Jacobs Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to your charity of choice.
