Mary Frances Callaway Obituary
Mary Frances Gary Callaway passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the age of 84.
Mary was born June 6, 1942 in Coleman to Harold Dale and Rozell Johnson Gary. She attended Cross Plains High School.
She married Robert Callaway in 1961. She worked as an LVN for Grayson County Headstart and served as President and CEO of Quail Run Ranch.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Callaway; her parents; daughter Heather Lynn Callaway; brothers Harold Gary and wife Katy and David Gary; and sister Julene Franke and husband Leo.
Survivors include son Gary Callaway and Brenda of Yantis Texas; daughter Jan Zavala and Emilio of Denison, Texas; brother Joe Gary and Linda of Athens Texas; sister Regina Fleming and Charles of Brownwood, Texas; grandsons Jordan Glenn of Denison, Matthew Callaway and Kimberly of Los Angeles, California, Andrew Callaway and Morgan of Deerfield Beach, Florida; and great-granddaughter Charlotte Callaway of Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Graveside services will be Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery, 200 Front Street in Cisco.
