He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee Jr. and Ruthie Mae Gilliam Hardage; his sons, Aundr'e Smith and Andrew Smith; and his brothers, Michael Hardage and Chester Hardage, III.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hardage of Clarksville, Texas; his sons, Cory Hardage of Clarksville, Texas and Curtis Hardage of Clarksville, Texas; and his siblings, Rufus (Kathy Hardage), Terrell Hardage of Idabel, Oklahoma, Patricia Lewis of Broken Bow and Cheryl Hardage-Lewis (Ronnie Lewis) of Idabel, Oklahoma. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
