He was predeceased by: his parent Bennie G; his granddaughter Stacie Bradshaw; and his siblings, Bennie Ray Baze and Brenda Jean Rice. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Baze; his children, Tracy Harmor, Kathy Coats, Gene Baze (Erica Baze) and Nathan Baze (Angel); his grandchildren, David Bradshaw, Stephenie Ecord (Brandon), James Lugo (Jerri), Joshua Knight (Sierra), Anthony Baze (Abby), Walker Baze and Connor Baze; and his brothers, Donnie Baze (Mary Patricia) and Steve Baze (Tina). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Alvarado Full Gospel Church (1010 S Pkwy Dr, Alvarado, TX 76009). A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the Grandview Cemetery (8501 FM 4, Grandview, TX 76050).
