He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Albert "Buck" Holder and Willena Katherine Holder (Bramlett); and his grandson Shadwick Griggs. He is survived by: his wife Lily Clidene Holder; his children, Tommy Holder (Kathleen), John Holder, Julia Griggs and Katrina Holder; his brothers, Joe Holder and Jackie Ray Holder (Peggy); his grandchildren, Kevin Holder, Joseph Holder, Dennis Holder, William Trevor Griggs, Anthony Vagis, Kevin Klopner, Shawn Klopner, Mattie Griggs and Lily Klopner; and his great grandchild Cheyenne Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to North Cleburne Baptist Church Youth Ministry or the Wounded Warrior Project (https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org) in loving memory of Elbert.
