He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Turek and Lillian Betlinski Turek; and his brother Carl Turek. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Turek; his children, Sherie Gaw and Jason Turek; his grandson Samuel Gaw; his siblings, Linda Teresh and Jeff Turek; and his nephew Alex Turek.
