He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Buddy" Leon Commander and Velma Winnell Williams; and his siblings, Debra Commander and Carl Commander. He is survived by: his niece Kristen "Krissy" Jeter (Larry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Reeves, Nicolas Jeter, Harlee Jeter, Madelyn Jeter and Hayden Jeter. He is also survived by three great-great nieces and nephews, and many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
