It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Ford of Cleburne, Texas, born in Huntsville, Texas, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Eugene Ford Sr. and Sally Emmaline Ford (Cunningham); his sister Carol June Ford; his children-in-law, Sandra Ford, Barry Fox, Travis Sellers and Steve Spears; his grandsons, Cody Ford and Jeremy Ford; and his siblings-in-law, Leon Jones and Gwen Ford.

He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Mae "Gwen" Ledbetter; his children, Curtis Ford (Kandi), Debby Fox, Gwenda Davis (John) and Randy Ford (Kelly); and his siblings, Pat Jones, Gail Hall, Linda Melton and Larry Ford. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
