It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George H. Wallace of Cleburne, Texas, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Lovine Jackson Wallace; his parents, Hamilton Fry and Lillian McPhail Wallace; and his sisters, Margaret Sue Wallace and Virginia May.
He is survived by: his children, Hamilton F. Wallace and Nancy E. Sorke (Ingo Sorke); his grandchildren, Lieutenant Victoria Lynn Paul (Robert Warren Paul), Kenton Bryce Sorke and Kollin Bryant Sorke (Codi Ratliff); and his great grandchild Milo Warren Paul.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the DFW National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
