She was predeceased by: her father Enrique Asencio. She is survived by: her husband Mauro Perez Cavazos; her children, Kassandra Renta (Adriana Lugo Diaz) and Israel Renta; her mother Gloria Negron; and her brothers, Dr. Jose Enrique Asencio, Carlos Asencio and Jorge Asencio.
