He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Holder Westbrook and Charles Dean Westbrook (C. D.); his stepfather W. D. Reese (Jim); and his brother Russell Paul Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Rita Lee Westbrook; his children, Mark Westbrook (Robin), Brian Westbrook (Kerri) and Dianne McCaskill (Jeff); his brother David Reese; and his grandchildren, Kortney Greenwood (Adam), Daniel Westbrook (Johanna), Brandi Kitchens, Brittany Chapman and Lance Kitchens (Kyla). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jaynes Memorial Chapel (811 S Cockrell Hill Rd, Duncanville, TX 75137). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Tom Cemetery (412 Tom Cemetery Rd, Haworth, OK 74740).
